General Information:
All products are subject to availability.

We are currently shipping Monday through Friday via Delhivery throughout India. Orders placed after 12pm IST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. We do our best to dispatch parcels within 1-2 business days, orders are not shipped on the weekends and on Indian national holidays.

Time in transit:
Time in transit may vary and specific delivery days are not guaranteed due to current events. As a general guide, domestic shipping for Mumbai is 2-3 business days, other metro cities is 3-5 business days, rest of India is 5-7 business days.

Packaging:
Your order will be packed in a paper bag or a corrugated box depending on the dimensions of the package, which will be put in a compostable mailer bag. All gift boxes will be wrapped in corrugated paper to avoid damage to the gift box. We use honeycomb paper for cushioning and to wrap the fragile items like the ceramic soap dish. We try to keep our packaging minimal to reduce packaging waste.

Tracking:
For your convenience, when your item has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. We recommend checking on tracking updates often so you can be aware of the delivery date.

Returns and refunds:
Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please note that slight variations may occur as a result of our artisanal production process. Refunds will not be provided if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is submitted.
